There are some government school in Kankerkheda of Meerut city where many poor and needy children get education. Generally, those children do not even have enough money to buy the necessary stationery for such studies, it is not surprising that in most cases, children’s shoes were torned or even they did not have shoes. When we came to know about their situation, we gave new shoes to all those 180 children.
Because after a long time they were wearing new shoes there was no place for their happiness.
They were really very happy .Now those children are also coming to school easily, who were afraid of coming to school due to the injury due to torn shoes. Prior to this, the children’s attendence was very low. but since they have got shoes, they are constantly coming to school and doing their studies.
If compared to the earlier and now, the studies of these children have also undergone a somewhat positive change.
Every year in cold weather, it is common news that due to cold, the body of a person living on the street is found on the road. These reports consistently hurt us deeply and we decided that as much as possible we would not let people to die of cold, with the same purpose, we gave blankets and quilts to people who were suffering with cold on the streets, they were very happy and breathed a sigh of relief. Today, they are sleeping in blankets and quilts. Now the cold weather for them is not as difficult as it was before giving our quilt and blankets. Those whose death could be reported in the newspapers, now they are passing cold weather through enough means. Although many people are still dying from the cold, but we are still trying to change the situations
In 2015, we organized a general knowledge competition for children in a school in batjewra, a village in Meerut, which purpose was the development of children’s skills. when we reached that school it was very regrettable to see the condition of the school. Blackboards were completely broken down there, toilet and it’s walls were broken down there. Because the furniture in the school was also broken, so the children were forced to sit and study on the ground. Such a condition of a school in the metropolis like Meerut was quite astonishing. At that time, we did not have much economic resources with the organization, but a desire had been occured to do something for the children in our hearts. , so we decided that as much as we would like to all the members would contribute for the repair of all things for the children.
Repair work started and things improved, but the expenditure was more than expected and the work stopped in the middle.
The situation became quite serious, which needed a creative solution. So we arranged for the remaining amount required by working on an innovative plan.We went to the house of the people with a handkerchief, and we asked them only for the old newspaper donation, in such a way, gradually we have almost 300kg news paper came in handy. Then we got 2800 rupees by selling those newspapers. By which we completed the remaining work in the school, because our budget was very low and we were not in a position to give the wages to the labor, so all our volunteers have come together to work as labor and the entire school floor, toilets, blackboards had been repaired. During this time, many volunteers suffered injuries on the body but there was no injury to anybody’s courage, and they all changed the condition of the school. Today the children are studying in that school are very happy and they’re studying in very good conditions as well as more children are coming to school.
In 2015 a road accident occurred in Agra’s Bah Tehsil. In which an orphan child suffered severe injuries and his urinal tube broke. The child was fighting between life and death in the Emergency, because he was orphan, so there was no one to spend money in his treatment. At that time child needed treatment in emergency.
When Angry Young got to know about this, then we started a small campaign where donations were collected for the treatment of the children by the villagers and very soon by the collective efforts of all 32,000 rupees were collected for the treatment of the child and from those money The child’s full treatment was done. In which his urine tube was operated.
With the efforts of all the people, we saved the life of that child.
Now the orphan child is living a happy life. We always have the same purpose that we can help more and more needy citizens of society and cou
