Friends fitness and healthcare are very important in our lives. Both of these things are directly related to each other. If we pay attention to our fitness then we can be healthy, and if we pay attention to our health, then we can be fit. In both cases, our body has a positive effect.

In the modern era we have many means through which we can be healthy and fit, and more develop our health. We can be fit by avoiding many serious diseases such as heart attacks, diabetes, etc. All the doctors believe that prevention is always better than their cure. This fitness correction is reconciled inside this prevention.

Angry youth also supports this recognition of doctors, so we make people aware of fitness and tell them how they can live a healthy life by adopting a routine lifestyle.

At the same time, we organize all such programs to keep the common citizens fit, as we organize Yoga programs for the common citizens, and we also make common people aware of healthy habits so that they could get ideal health. We inspire them to eat healthy food and also tell them about the fatal negative effects of fast food. We are constantly running awareness campaigns against harmful things such as alcohol, tobacco, cigarette, pan masala, etc. Along with this, we are also taking care of the health of the homeless people.

We provide medical facilities as well as necessary medicines to them when needed.
